7. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
Google Analytics uses cookies, which enable an analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.
IP Anonymization:
We have activated IP anonymization, so your IP address is shortened within the EU or the EEA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Legal basis:
The use of Google Analytics is based solely on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can grant this consent via our cookie banner and revoke it at any time.
Data processing agreement:
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google (Art. 28 GDPR).

8. Use of Google Tag Manager
On our website, we use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a management platform that allows us to centrally integrate and control so-called “tags” (e.g., tracking codes, conversion scripts, code snippets) via a single interface.
No independent data collection by the Tag Manager:
Google Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data of users. It merely ensures the loading and triggering of other services – such as Google Analytics or marketing tags – which may in turn collect data. These services are listed separately in this privacy policy.
Legal basis:
The use of Google Tag Manager is based on our legitimate interest in the technically sound and efficient management of our website tags pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Data processing in the USA:
It cannot be ruled out that when using Google Tag Manager, connection data (e.g., IP address, browser information) may be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, thus ensuring an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.

Google Ads is an online advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads in Google search results as well as on the Google Display Network. Google Ads enables advertisers to predefine specific keywords that trigger the display of an ad in Google search results only when a user enters a keyword-relevant search term into the search engine. In the Google advertising network, ads are distributed to thematically relevant websites using an automated algorithm and based on previously defined keywords.
If you access our website via a Google ad, Google places a so-called conversion cookie on your system. A conversion cookie expires after thirty days and is not used to identify you. Provided the cookie has not yet expired, it tracks whether certain subpages, such as the shopping cart of an online store, have been accessed on our website. The conversion cookie allows both us and Google to track whether you reached our website via an ad and generated a sale, i.e., completed or abandoned a purchase.
The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie are used by Google to create visitor statistics for our website. We use these visitor statistics to determine the total number of users who were referred to us via Google Ads, thus enabling us to assess the success or failure of each ad and optimize our future campaigns. Neither our company nor other Google Ads advertisers receive any information from Google that could identify you.
The conversion cookie stores personal information, such as the websites you visit. Therefore, every time you visit our website, personal data, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google. This personal data is stored by Google.
Further information and Google’s applicable privacy policy can be found at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/terms.
You can prevent cookies from being set at any time by adjusting your browser settings and thus permanently object to the use of cookies. You can generally disable the automatic setting of cookies or specifically block cookies from the domain googleleadservices.com.
Conversion cookies are stored using Google Ads. Furthermore, the data subject has the option to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do so, please use the following link: adssettings.google.com/.
